Can I customize my Formal shirt?

To customize every detail of your Formal Bespoke Shirt, place your order online and select your shirt features from Customize your shirt.

Will the fabric I select look exactly like what I see on my computer screen?

All computer screens represent colour slightly differently. For that reason, we cannot guarantee that the colour of our fabric will match exactly what you see on your screen. We offer an illustration of each fabric as well as a description to help guide your decision.

Can I request a fabric sample?

To receive fabric samples, send an email to Orders@DeepIvory.com with the fabric references and your address details.

Can I come in and get my measurements taken?

You can visit our Central London Studio on Saturdays, from 9am to 1pm.
Our style consultant will take a comprehensive 16 measurements from your upper body.

How do I take my body measurements?

Get a willing adult to take your body measurements.
Follow precisely the Measurement Guide in Fitting Room and enter the measurements online as you go along.
You can take a print of the Measurements Guide and take your measurements in your own time.

What happens if my measurements are incorrect?

This is precisely why we send you a FREE Sample Shirt within 2 weeks.
You can check how the shirt fits before we make your order.

How do I get my shirt fitted?

Email us pictures of you wearing the Sample shirt with your comments.
Our experienced tailors will make the appropriate shirt alterations.
Future shirts ordered will be tailored to match the corrected fit.

Can I send my best fitting shirt for measurements?

Instead of taking your body measurements, send us your best fitting shirt.
We will measure your shirt and make your order with your shirt measurements.
Your shirt will be returned when we dispatch your order.

Can I return my shirt if I don't like it?

If, for any reason, you don't like your Bespoke Shirt, we'll give you a full refund, including postage and packaging.
